Do you charge extra for the airport shuttle?

Nope. It's included with every room. We've got shuttles running every 15 minutes from 5 AM to midnight, and on-call service after that. It's actually one of the reasons people book with us.

What about extended stay discounts?

Yeah, we do those. Stay 3+ nights and you'll save 15%. A week gets you 25% off. Just mention it when you book, or call us at +34 280 848 762 and we'll sort it out.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Depends on when you book. Standard rate? Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in, no penalty. Non-refundable rates are cheaper but locked in. We'll be straight with you during booking.

Are there extra charges I should know about?

We keep it simple. Room rate covers everything listed. Parking is $12/night if you need it. That's really it. No resort fees, no surprise taxes buried in fine print. What we quote is what you pay.
